Uncrewed marine vehicles for hydrographic surveys

Green Reef LLC, Aquasound LLC and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University signed an agreement covering research, development and related collaborative work.

The main focus is the use of unmanned surface vessels for hydrographic surveys and underwater searches. The Morena USV was planned to carry a multibeam hydrographic system and an automated sound velocity profiler deployment unit in its payload module.

The announcement scheduled demonstration field trials for spring 2024. Enquiries about demonstrations can be sent to supply@m-geo.ru.
