This Personal Data Processing Policy of Marine Geodesy LLC (the Operator), Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) 7841355082, located at Office 436, Meridian Business Centre, 160 Leninsky Prospekt, St. Petersburg, Russia, 196247, has been developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection, Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data, Russian Government Resolution No. 1119 of 1 November 2012 approving requirements for the protection of personal data processed in personal data information systems, and other federal laws and regulations.

1.2

The Policy takes into account the requirements of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the legislative and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation concerning personal data.

2.1

To perform the functions, exercise the powers and fulfil the duties assigned to the Operator by Russian legislation, including:
- compliance with labour and tax legislation;
- maintaining accounting and tax records and preparing and submitting accounting, tax and statistical reports on time;
- compliance with legal requirements governing the processing and protection of personal data of individuals who are clients or counterparties of Marine Geodesy LLC (personal data subjects).

2.2

To exercise the rights and legitimate interests of Marine Geodesy LLC in the activities provided for by its Charter and other internal regulations, or those of third parties, or to achieve socially significant purposes.
