This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the PD Processing Policy) LLC __________ (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), TIN _________, located at: __________________, has been developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection", Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 01.11.2012 No. 1119 "On approval of requirements for the protection of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems", other federal laws and regulations.

The policy was developed taking into account the requirements of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
