MPV "Linsy"

Linsy was built at the Rauma Repola shipyard in Finland in 1978 under DNV supervision and was rebuilt and modernised in 1989. It serves as an expedition base and hydrographic survey vessel. Its shallow draught supports work in shallow water.

The vessel carries lifesaving and firefighting equipment and the required vessel documentation. The crew watchkeeping arrangements support round-the-clock survey operations. Facilities include two lounges for crew and survey personnel, a meeting room and a laboratory.
