Subsea pipeline and cable inspection
Two subsea oil pipeline strings were inspected near the Arctic Gate terminal at Mys Kamenny. The surveyed section was 3.8 km long, with burial depths of up to 6 m.
The work included detailed bathymetric surveying along a 200 m wide corridor, sub-bottom profiling to determine the position of the pipeline within the sediment, sonar surveying and inspection of the shore section.
Results of the project
The external underwater inspection of the pipeline and its route was completed to the scope of the technical brief and applicable guidance documents.
